Being a mother of twins has provided a wealth of material for narrative work in ceramics as well as illustration The purchase of her first digital camera in 2000 shortly after moving to Asheville was the start of her love affair with photography and the computer software PAINTER.  These mediums all combined to illustrate the worlds she sees in her dreams.  Her twin sons now work in Los Angeles, California as animators for Blur Studio and they continue to be her most influential teachers next to nature.
