Donny Luke Watercolor – Featured Artist – April 2020

Donny paints mainly landscapes featuring scenes from Western North Carolina and his many journeys across North America. He pulls out the drama of beautiful scenery, stating that he strives “it is his “to try to document and creatively express it in a way that does it justice. I am fascinated by the creative process of developing a painting.” As a retired architect, his works reflect his attention to detail as well as his creation of atmosphere with watercolor.
