Mixed Media Monday Mark Making Tools using Organic Materials with artist Kim Beller

Design your own mark making tools!! Using a variety of organic materials found in nature, we will create tools to make the most unique marks on our art. These tools are fun to play with on large pieces of paper to later be torn and used as collage, or as a work of art to frame or display. Paper, ink and everything needed to create your own unique tools will be provided. If you want to forage for cool sticks, twigs, leaves, and more prior to the class, please feel free to bring with you. It’s fun to share and trade items as well! We will have an assortment of foraged materials, and string, ribbon, and fabric to use in your creations, and paper and ink to test out your tools.
