Playdate: Image transfers – Pan Pastels & Encaustics with artist Sarah St. Laurent

Have you ever experienced the way pan pastels glide across a fresh, warm layer of beeswax on wood? Butter! Bring some images you love (or find some in the studio) and come play! Sarah will share techniques for transferring images into the wax (so fun!) and then ways to layer with pan pastels, stencils and unexpected items (tissue papers, napkins w/ interesting patterns/ prints).
