The figure is a subject of longevity in art and the beginning of glass history. Students will utilize the figure as a stepping stone for sculptural glass artwork. In this course, students will understand how to break down the proportions of a figure visually and make their own rendition in a physical glass object. Comprehension of heat control and proper seals from bit to bit will be taught.
