On the Second Saturday of each month, Asheville’s River Arts District holds gallery walks with demonstrations, workshops, live music, wine tastings, delicious food, and more. Visitors meander the mile-long district and discover all that the “RAD” has to offer. There are more than 250 artists in the 22 buildings throughout the district. Many of them open during this monthly event to describe or show their techniques and share their inspirations.

The district’s artists invite you to peruse our website, riverartsdistrict.com, to have a virtual visit, and consider a holiday gift of art or craft for yourself or your loved ones. Most artists are open to commissioned work and would love to hear from you, whether you visit us in person or reach out via email or through social media

CURVE Studios & Garden is hosting a Holiday Market on Second Saturday December 12, 2020! CURVE will be decorated for the festivities & our 10 artist elves will be in the studios working away, with refreshments served all day from 10am to 5pm.

Gallery Bazaar
We’re turning the gallery into a bazaar for the holidays! The gallery will be filled with affordable and giftable original art and prints from a wide array of local artist and craftspeople. We’ll be donating 10% of gallery bazaar sales to MANNA food bank in Asheville. It’s been a rough year; come find a sweet little piece of art to brighten someone’s holiday, and support local artists when you do.
