Virtual Holiday Gallery Tour: Art enthusiasts and holiday shoppers around the country are invited to visit WNC galleries virtually from home and kick back with a glass of wine late afternoons while viewing, shopping online and enjoying the season with these weekday Zoom gatherings. Participants can meet gallery directors and curators, hear from artists, view work, and shop from the comfort of their own couch. One hour each weekday from 5-6 pm from December 2-15.
Participating Galleries: Asheville’s first-ever Virtual Holiday Gallery Tour includes our area’s finest galleries and creative talent. Meet, learn, browse and buy from: Black Mountain College Museum + Arts Center, Blue Spiral 1, Center for Craft, LEAF Global, Momentum Gallery, Penland Gallery, Pink Dog Creative, River Arts District Artists, Southern Highland Craft Guild, and Tracey Morgan Gallery. Each gallery will present unique programming highlighting their artists and offerings as well as their backgrounds and collections that contribute to Asheville’s rich visual arts and crafts scene.The gallery tour will feature paintings, mixed media, glass, metal, fiber, wood, photography, jewelry, sculpture and more.
