Woodblock Printmaking Comprehesive

Woodblock or Mokuhanga printmaking has been practiced for centuries across the globe starting in Asia. We will use modern methods and materials to achieve what the ancients achieved including soy based safer inks, rollers, brushes, stencils and a press as well as print by hand. Everything you need to know to get started will be covered including planning, safe carving, transfer of images, registration set ups and printing.
