DESCRIPTION:Weekend Workshop – October 13 & 14\, 2024  10AM until 4PM \nAn introduction to the tools\, methods\, and materials for painting in oils.  \nFor all levels of experience. Learn the working methods of masters and their application to today’s fine art painting. A thorough introduction to natural gesso grounds\, pigments\, oils\, varnishes\, and solvents to achieve optimum color brilliance and longevity.  Students will prepare their own gessoed wood and linen panels and paper ready to paint. Demos.  All supplies and materials are provided.
