Matt Tommey is a world-class woven sculpture artist working exclusively in locally harvested southern invasive plant materials. Matt's work is highly collected in the mountains of Western North Carolina and around the country. He has been featured in numerous magazines and shows over his 30+ year career and was recognized by the Smithsonian American Art Museum's Renwick Gallery in 2011 as an American Artist Under 40.
