We are excited to welcome local intuitive artist Cindy Bowen to share this brand new offering with you!

Join Cindy for this creative and intuitive journey exploring the art of connecting with your spirit guides through painting.

You’ll begin with a series of playful warm-up exercises designed to introduce basic watercolor and acrylic painting techniques, helping you become comfortable with color, brushwork, and creative expression. No previous painting experience is necessary.

Once you’ve loosened up your creativity, Cindy will guide you through a grounding meditation to help you connect with the energy, essence, and presence of your spirit guides. From this space of openness and curiosity, you’ll be invited to explore the colors, feelings, symbols, shapes, images, and impressions that arise, allowing them to flow naturally into your artwork.

This workshop is open to all skill levels. Your spirit guide does not need to appear as a face or figure; you may choose to express its presence through color, light, animals, symbols, patterns, or abstract forms. There is no right or wrong way to create this painting—only an invitation to trust your intuition and allow your unique connection to unfold on the canvas.
