Sketchbooks can be the best art therapy! Get out of your head and into your soul, play and experiment, doodle and make a mess, all while tapping into the creativity we all have inside of us.
This course is for artists who want to advance their creative potential and find their artistic voice, as well as beginners who want to invite art into their lives in a totally fun and non-intimidating way. This workshop aims to ignite a more regular art practice while expanding your creativity! Heather credits her art with saving her from depression after surviving a category 5 hurricane in 2018, a story she will share in the workshop, and one that she hopes can help others recover from our recent experiences as well.
