The gallery, housed in the spacious 2000 square foot open gallery space within the recently renovated blue “Aura” building at 375 Depot St., promises to be a beacon of artistic expression and innovation in the region.

With over 25 years of experience creating art in Western North Carolina, Jaime Byrd’s gallery reflects the culmination of her artistic journey. The Grand Opening event is scheduled for Friday, May 3, from 4pm to 7pm, marking a significant milestone in Byrd’s evolution as a painter and filmmaker.

Jaime Byrd is celebrated for her vibrant oil paintings and groundbreaking multimedia films, viewed using Augmented Reality technology via cell phones. Her work captures the essence of landscapes around the world and showcases a profound depth of artistic skill.
