Origin Stories at Trackside Studios

Trackside Studios celebrates our roots, the history of the building where we now create, and the artists who have shared our journey. As part of the River Arts District Theme, “Who Am I, Who Are We?”, we explore our Origin Stories as artists, as a collective, and as creators in this particular place. Join us as we unveil our interpretations of Origin Stories, including a work created by Michael Allen Campbell his first year at 375 Depot Street, a wire sculpture by Julie Bell on a 1904 brick paver found during remodeling, a collage by Li Newton using drawings of the building as envisioned for artist spaces, and more. The exhibit will be in the newly opened upper level of Trackside Studios while the front part of the building undergoes it’s transformation into new creative spaces.
