Second Saturday Workshop + Concert

Another Second Saturday in the River Arts District of Asheville! We’ll open at 12 pm as usual, which is the same time the ArtsAVL free trolley starts running. You can hop on and hop off between downtown and the RAD until 6 pm!

From 1-3 pm, join a workshop with Lisa Underwood for $11 to make a shape poem for your Valentine! 😍 You’ll learn about the art of calligrams and leave with a sweet heartfelt message in a handmade art piece to help you share your love.

We’ll close the doors at 6 and reopen at 7 pm for Amy Steinberg’s concert. The show starts at 7:30. Dance, drink, and dedicate time to LOVE! Tickets are $25

All day you can view the Valentine’s Day inspired group show that opened in January, “Things are Better in Twos: One for Me + One for You” featuring 15+ resident and guest artists. Our beer and wine bar is also open all day with 4 local beers on tap and a diverse selection of canned beer, cider, and wine you won’t find anywhere else!
