Bring a chair with 4 rails and we will teach you how to weave a chair with colorful, comfortable Shaker Tape.
Please call at least two weeks in advance to choose your colors! 828-707-4553 or stop by Silver River Chairs (in CURVE Studios & Garden on River Arts Place) to see colors. You will learn both the checkerboard and the herringbone pattern.
Tuition includes all tools and materials, after-class assistance on future projects, and $25 off future chair caning classes. Chairs are available for a nominal fee if you need one.
