Who am I, Who Are We? “The Storm” Exhibit Opening at Riverside Studios.

Brit J. Oie’s landscape paintings will be the focus of this months Second Saturday at Riverside Studios. Brit’s painting “Snow White” is inspired by the winter landscape.
The soft blanket of snow covering the landscape after a snow storm, creates a sense of calm and quiet. The highly textured surfaces of Brit’s paintings are created by a combination of paper collage and layers of acrylic paint.
Our beautiful old building, located on the corner of West Haywood Street and Riverside Drive, dates back to the 1890’s and has its origin in the early industrial days of the River Arts District.
