Artist Monty Phillips, best known in Asheville’s arts community for his whimsy, colorFULL, one-of-a-kind vitreous glass enamel necklaces and earrings, will be premiering his spring collection, “A Festival of Follies!” at heARTspace Studio #225 in Riverview Station at 191 Lyman on Second Saturday, May 13th, from 11-5.
